EDUCATIONAL TRANSFER
We are aware of the inseparable link that should join science and education. Thus, from our Research Team, we have tried that every scientific and technological contribution has transfer and direct impact on the educational field, particularly when it comes to the improvement of teaching practices aimed at developing students’ writing competence.
From a general view, this educational transfer line has focused on issues such as teachers’ literacy practice throughout compulsory education, assessment of students and their writing competence, the modulating variables of writing, the identification of students at risk of learning disabilities and the implementation of instructional/intervention measures to improve students’ writing achievement in general or, in particular, the writing performance of students at risk of writing difficulties.
